Health Testing Menu

Get high quality, in-depth health testing to be fully informed on your health.

  • Evaluates adrenal function by measuring cortisol and DHEA levels throughout the day, providing insights into stress response and adrenal health.

  • Assesses hydrogen and methane gasses to evaluate for SIBO or intestinal methanogen overgrowth (IMO), aiding in the diagnosis of gut-related symptoms. SIBO can also be interpreted through microbiome stool analysis depending on the test.

  • Assesses genetic and serological markers associated with celiac disease, aiding in the diagnosis and management of gluten-related disorders.

  • Comprehensive thyroid testing can be done to assess key markers of thyroid function and health including: TSH, free and total T3 and T4, reverse T3, thyroid antibodies, and calcium and D3 (optional in some panels).

  • Assesses cardiovascular health by measuring various lipid and lipoprotein markers and evaluation of genetic risk. Aaro uses the Boston Heart Diagnostics Laboratory, which measures APOe, Lp(a), inflammatory markers, VAP Cholesterol testing, sterol/stanol profiles, indirect markers for plaque formation, fasting glucose, fatty acids, HbA1c, leptin, insulin, and fructosamine.

  • Methylation is crucial for detoxification, mood regulation, cardiovascular health, and energy production. Testing offers insights into the biochemical methylation pathway, measuring metabolites in plasma and analyzing genetic single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) via buccal swab.

  • Aaro works with Boston Heart Diagnostics to assess various aspects of cognitive health and potential risk factors for conditions like dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other cognitive impairments. These panels typically include tests that evaluate metabolic, inflammatory, and genetic factors that influence brain function.

  • Provides a comprehensive evaluation of genetic, metabolic, and nutritional factors related to Alzheimer's disease risk and progression.

  • Measures levels of key neurotransmitters, offering insights into mood, cognitive function, and neurological health.

  • Aaro is partnered with several different leading labs to test telomeres, the genetic material at the end of each chromosome that measures how someone is aging. Testing can be done to determine the rate and direction of telomere changes in order to best determine anti-aging treatment .

  • Offers in depth analysis of microbial balance, digestive function, intestinal inflammation, immune function, pathogenic bacteria, parasites, worms, candida, and fungal overgrowth. Aaro offers the leading tests on the market, including GI Map by Diagnostic Solutions, GI Effects by Genova Diagnostics, and Jona Gut Microbiome test by Jona Health for those interested in more advanced sequencing technology.

  • Testing for food sensitivities, immune function, immunoglobulins (IgE/IgA/IgG), histamine levels, autoimmune screening, and environmental sensitivities.

  • Assesses over 125 biomarkers, providing insights into the body's functional needs for antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, amino acids, and metabolites as well as how levels affect cellular function. Deficiencies in these nutrients can lead to myriad health and mental health disorders like anxiety, depression, sleep dysregulation, addiction, autism, ADHD, and Alzheimer’s Disease.

  • Identifies the presence of environmental toxins in the body and assesses related health impacts. Aaro Wellness uses the EnviroTox Suite of Panels by Mosaic Diagnostics to provide an extensive screening for a wide range of toxic exposures and environmental pollutants.

  • Assesses the body's heavy metal load including lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, gadolinium, aluminum, nickel and others. Aaro uses labs that test both blood and urine.

  • Mycotoxin testing analyzes urine for the presence of toxins released by different species of mold, which provide insight into the severity of exposure, the body’s ability to detoxify, and the specific type of mold involved. Inflammatory markers and hormonal imbalances associated with toxic levels of mold can also be analyzed.

  • Includes testing for Borrelia Burgdoferi and coinfections including Bartonella, Anaplasma, Ehrlichia, Mycoplasma, Babesia, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever (RMSF). Aaro works with leading testing labs on the market including IgeneX and Immunosciences Lab to ensure specificity and sensitivity of results.

  • Aaro is partnered with labs that assess hormones through saliva, urine, and blood. The form of testing selected depends on the client’s symptoms and current health symptoms. Hormonal testing can be used to assess adrenal, sex hormones, melatonin production, and estrogen metabolism.

  • Evaluates metabolic byproducts in urine to provide insights into nutrient deficiencies, oxidative stress, vitamin and mineral levels, neurotransmitter levels, and the state of the microbiome.

  • Evaluates genetic variations in detoxification pathways, providing insights into individual detoxification capacity and potential environmental toxin impacts.

Your body is designed to protect you—the key is understanding why it’s doing what it’s doing and what it needs to thrive.
